Stayed for a week in a beachside apartment and was charged an extra $70 for excess sand when we werent provided with a functional vacuum. Ridiculous to expect high standards when you wont provide a basic need such as a vacuum.
I was charged an extra $70 for excess sand.It was a BEACH HOUSE! The place wasnt even clean when we got there and the vacuum provided did not work. What an absolute joke. It doesnt take long to vacuum up a bit of sand. Your cleaners must be on roughly $1000 an hour... or youre just ripping people off...
Absolutely ridiculous! Charged $70 for excess sand in the vacuum in a beach side rental. Wont be renting through first national again
2 years in a row 2 days into holiday complaints about our small dog in a pet friendly rental. Locals abused us leaving the house and threats of stealing dog leading to police involvement and nightly harrasment like gates being opened and doors being shaken early hours in the morning. Don't bother with this town as we won't be holidaying here again
